27th Annual ROBERT SUNDANCE SUMMER CAMP 2017
Camp I July 31 (Monday morning) through August 5 (Saturday morning)
Camp II August 7 (Monday morning) through August 12 (Saturday morning)
Operated by United American Indian Involvement, Inc. since 1990, the Robert Sundance Summer Camp started in the Big Pine area of the Eastern Sierra Mountain. In 2017 it will be relocating to Southeast San Diego to the beautiful Cuyamaca mountain range.
The Robert Sundance Summer Camp provides an opportunity to youth ages 5-12 to attend a free, residential camp that is culturally-based, and is a unique experience for American Indian youth to participate in health and wellness activities.
Youth must first be registered with FAIHP and Clubhouse to be admitted to attend the Summer Camp.
Youth must also complete a health screening either with their primary doctor or can make an appointment with Nurse Nancy.
There are also mandatory orientation dates for parents. Parents must attend at least ONE of these:
- Tuesday, June 27th at 5:30 at Clubhouse
- Wednesday, July 5th at 5:30 at Clubhouse
Special thanks to UAII for allowing us to participate in their camp for the seventh year!
